I have the following image which I would like to turn into a font:

png to use

I can easily turn it into an svg with pngtosvg.com, but the result is only a single group. I'd like the result to be multiple groups one, for each font character I've created, so that I can either import the svg file into BirdFont and assign certain characters to certain groups, or split the groups into multiple svg files and use import each file separately.

(apologies if this is the wrong tag, I'm not sure where else this would belong)

$\begingroup$ Would you not just turn it into an SVG then split the resulting file by hand using an SVG editor such as Inkscape? Or split the image in an image editor then turn each image into its own SVG? $\endgroup$ – Dan Hulme Sep 13 at 12:41
